This book is so helpful
There is a nicely laid out menu plan to follow with delicious and simple recipes. I would recommend this audiobook to anyone wanting a meal plan and to lose weight.

Fantastic Audio Book!
This audio book is very practical and super easy to follow. I have really benefited it's help me improve my weight loss. The author details explanation it's very helpful for understanding the Mediterranean Diet. I completely satisfied with this audio-book.

Marvelous and Super Simple!
No fuss, no complicated content or recipes, just wonderfully flavoursome. Fantastic guide to the concept of the Med diet and very easy-to-make breakfasts, lunches, and dinner. Great variation of European and Middle Eastern dishes!
