Determined to find a husband, Miss Eleanor "Nell" Bowman attends a ball put on by the Duchess of Greycliffe, fondly referred to as the Duchess of Love. Tried hard to finish, but had to give up half way

Narrator overly dramatic throughout and stilted in parts. Odd pretentious voices which grated and irritated, plot so slow. Not for me. Would not listen to another book read by this narrator.
