Great stuff!
Would you listen to Beating Panic Attacks again? Why?
Yes. The audiobook aside from being clear, concise and well presented also contains a lot of good tools and exercises to help overcome that unexpected surge of inconveniant anxiety when practised regularly. I would recommend for anyone who suffers from the onset of anxiety and panic attacks.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Beating Panic Attacks?
The 4 7 8 Breath exercise has been a big a help for me personally.
What about Michelle Murillo’s performance did you like?
Yes, she presented it very well, spoke slowly and clearly and was a pleasure to listen to.
If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
More happy, no more sad.

Short, useful and interesting
I was surprised by this audiobook. As someone who previously suffered from panic attacks, I was skeptical on how much value this short book would offer. Ed Jones has delivered an informative and interesting introduction on overcoming panic and anxiety.
There were numerous occasions where I found my head nodding in agreement with the narrator or smiling at my new found knowledge.
I particularly enjoyed the two chapters on breathing techniques and how diet can impact your brain.
The narrator was solid overall. I liked her steady, soothing tone. I felt it complimented the content of the audiobook well.
The only sticking point for me was the brevity of the book. I think Ed had the potential to expand the book into more detail and offer yet more value to the listener.

AWFUL.
What disappointed you about Beating Panic Attacks?
It was so so short and had absolutely zero new. I thought it was quite awful.
Would you ever listen to anything by Edward Jones again?
NEVER AGAIN.
How could the performance have been better?
Different narrator / different content!
What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?
ANGER.
Any additional comments?
DISAPPOINTED!!!! I felt it lacked in any real substance. I cant see this having any impact on my panic attacks or my anxiety. The preview is pretty much as good as this book gets!

Not impressed at all.
Would you try another book written by Edward Jones or narrated by Michelle Murillo?
No.
What could Edward Jones have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
It was so so short!
Any additional comments?
Not worth the money at all. Very very short and the points it does mention are all stuff everyone has read a million times before on the internet. Whole thing felt cheap and tacky and not worth the money.
