Gripping from start to finish.

A wonderful book

Arnold reading the book definitely adds to realism
The first chapter covers briefly Arnolds biggest mistake and he doesn't shy away from his errors. therefore I continued reading on because no-one is perfect. very practical life lessons and great shot of masculinity and you need a push from a seasoned 74 year old Austrian American bodybuilder. Thanks Arnold 👍
