excellent
I enjoyed this programme and whilst it does lead into other potential areas to buy like so many self help reads, its good value for money and there are a lot of very good practical ideas to help you in a search for happiness.
I would highly recommend

Now or never
Would you consider the audio edition of Be Happy!: 50 Principles and Exercises to Help You Enjoy More Happiness Now to be better than the print version?
I like the audio version because you can walk and think. I stop and I write notes into my phone as I go along. My phone is my working memory so that is where I put reminders.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Be Happy!: 50 Principles and Exercises to Help You Enjoy More Happiness Now?
When it was pointed out that most goals are for future hapiness but that our hapiness score will not change when curcumstances change. We need to enjoy sunsets now not when we have money.
Which scene did you most enjoy?
Thiking about the 10 good things that happened in the last week. First you think nothing happened but then you remember the miracles.
If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
Now or never

engagement needed to get the most from this book
In my opinion Robert Holden really knows what hes talking about after working in this field for a long time. There are some real gems of wisdom here, especially his own hypothosis of takling unhappiness. This book is far more than the amalgamation of the many forms scientific and spiritual sources it quotes, as Roberts real understanding gives it so much more. engagement needed to get the most from this substantial works.
