Easy & effective exercises

Great audiobook, I highly enjoyed! I used to feel constantly stiff and achy, but these gentle poses have given me so much more flexibility and energy. Excellent!

Great book for seniors with pictures available via the free PDF. The exercises are achievable and designed to minimize fall risk but still promote improving strength, balance, and flexibility. There are really good warm-up poses and I particularly liked that things such as breathing exercises and mental health are touched upon. It's more than just exercise poses. A nice well well-rounded approach!

I recommend it!

The whole chair yoga concept - it's brilliant because anyone can do it, whether you're nursing a bad knee or bouncing back from surgery. They've really thought of everything - the instructions are super clear, and they include these helpful illustrations that make it impossible to get lost. And also, the 10-minute sequences is just an absolute perfection!
