Great instructional material

For seniors, this is really a nice step-by-step instructions in doing the Tai Chi and Yoga. We, especially me doesn't have any idea on what to do or how to start doing the tai chi or yoga that's why this audiobook helps me so much in doing both activities. This audiobook is very commendable for all seniors out there.

I like it!

I recently listened to this audiobook, and I have to say, it was a pleasant surprise. I’ve always been curious about both practices, but as someone who’s not exactly flexible or physically agile, I was unsure if they’d be accessible for someone like me. The best and effective one so far

I used this together with my grandparents and we surely enjoyed following each step/chapter given here. Although it is solely made for our seniors, I was able to use it personally as well. My grandparents have been using this audio every morning. It surely is worth the listen, it's perfect for the morning!

Highly recommend!
