HI, I _ is contacting Simon & Schuster because I wrote my book A Conversation with Alexandria August with Archway Publishing and extension of your company. In my packet I was supposed to fly to Simon & Schuster headquarters for meet and greet Etc. Archway did not fill so many obligations in my purchase package. For the interview and website marking archway publishing did not fulfil the links and sites was error sites they did not work for the majority of the sites and links I notified archway publishing own Denise Jeffers Denise told me to shut up not in a nice way and refused my calls no one at archway publishing was able to show my amazon info I paid and extra 1600 for the ads for amazon on top of the money I paid for my publishing. Their spread sheets and graphs does nothing to satisfy a writer’s soul once I had false info from Archway Publishing my trust was out the door. Archway publishing if a fine representation of your company if you’re into talking money and not fulfilling legal oblations fulfilling contracts to the T, archway is not short of using writer hope against us our publishing our possibility of finding a writers home, prioritize its authors books and not scam and propelling falsehood in our marketing and other signed documentation that we paid for and yes I want my meeting all that is owed in my package. To say take it up with archway publishing is a direct way of saying Simon & Schuster condone this wrong doing of archway publishing. Correction of archway publishing scandal is needed ASAP.
