Senior Principal & Architect for Saski's Sports Division- Chris Sgarzi This weeks guest: Chris Sgarzi holds bachelor's and master's degrees in architecture from Tulane University and studied at the Architectural Association in London. He gained recognition for his expertise in programming, planning, and designing sports, recreation, and student life facilities across the Northeast. In 2004, he founded Sgarzi Associates, which was later acquired by the global architectural firm Sasaki in 2011. Upon joining Sasaki, he assumed the role of senior principal, overseeing the sports and recreation division. During his tenure at Sasaki, he has contributed to numerous master plans, including those for Cal Berkeley, University of Texas, and Syracuse, as well as to construction projects such as the Boston College Hoag Pavilion, RPI Houston Fieldhouse Multi-Purpose Arena, and Loyola Maryland Ridley Athletic Complex.
