  • What is the optimal human diet? The truth is nobody really knows, but I think we can use logic and evidence to get us pretty damned close.

    In this episode, I explore how humans evolved eating a meat-heavy diet and how this holds the key to optimal human health. A ketovore (relaxed carnivore) diet, with the vast majority of food coming from animal products, with very, very occasional, seasonal, low-sugar plant foods. Backed by nitrogen isotope studies and modern science, learn why a carnivore-adjacent (ketovore / relaxed carnivore) diet with metabolic flexibility is, I think, the best choice for long-term health and disease prevention.
