Summary

When her husband is kidnapped from the US Embassy in Brazil, Native American beauty Miakoda Nez flees her home as her husband made her promise to do if anything happened to him at work.

She stops at a rest area and is threatened by a gang of thugs, but Greyson, an FBI agent disguised as a homeless veteran is there to help. They escape the gang only to find themselves the target of the US government agencies that Greyson works for.

Greyson is ordered to keep his eye on Mia and report daily as to her location. His duty to family and his government conflicts with his growing love of the Navajo beauty as he plays double agent while keeping Mia from suspecting.

Brilliant narration from Erika Calvert

Native American Navajo woman, Miakoda Betts, née Miakoda Blue Sky Nez. For marring a “white man” Miakoda has been shunned by her tribe. Daniel is her husband, who has been stationed at the Embassy kin Brazil as a JAC Corps officer. Things have not been going well between them and she hopes when he comes home, they can sort things out. But before he can return the Embassy is attacked. Miakoda finds out that he has been abducted, worse some one has contacted her about something that supposedly Daniel had. Black cars with black tinted windows are following her.
Cash Andrews Greyson aka Greyson who himself is a courier for the FBI. Who has on assignment, his cover is blown, Greyson has to get his information to the FBI. When he meets Miakoda both their lives change.
Who to trust, fighting shadows, twists , great characters, a fast-paced romantic thriller.
