Overall I enjoyed this book but thought that some of the plot choices were only half developed and led you in a strange direction. It was if the author thought about developing one plot line then changed her mind half way through. Lots of missed opportunities. I thought the end was very weak and ill conceived.
I didn't mind the narrator
although I know other people criticised her.

Some aspects seem wild but placed in great context. I recommend this book if you’re into the dark aspects of our world and how some people go through horrendous things. A disturbing read but worth it.

I enjoyed most of this listen but the last bit of the story felt like it was written in a rush, and the romance in the epilogue was bizarre, inappropriate and unnecessary in my opinion.
