Fantastic self help book

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Will Young read his book. So many of the points he raised rang true as well as raising new concepts that I could further give thought to. I found it easy to listen to, as the a-z format focused on lots of short issues and is not heavy going like some self help books, Will has a lovely calming voice and is down to earth with his wit and wisdom. This is a book that I will go back to for future references.

Surprisingly Good.

I didn't really expect to like this book so much, however I found it so thought provoking, and relatable, with some great advice added to the mix. I also really enjoyed listening to Will narrate his own experiences, but (and;) was a little sad when the book ended. I would really recommend.

Well worth a listen!

Surprise and delight, at Wills’s honest approach to his daily struggle with mental health; and how to overcome things that trigger us on a daily basis. Thanks so much, I really needed this.

Such a great book! Having been through grief recently & suffering from anxiety on and off the last few years, I found this just right! So many great tips and a refreshing way to look at things. 😁

Wonderful and Brilliant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This book is so good. I’ve listened to many books about self care & wellbeing etc, AND (not but) its clear & relatable. Thank you 🙏🏼 Truly wonderful & makes sense of many of the terms used. It’s light & funny too. Which we all need. ❤️

What a fab littleBook this is

This is a fab, easy listening little book. Full of sage advice, some of it we already know but nice to hear it from someone who shared a personal journey. Great voice,

Worthwhile advice and knowledge sharing

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and will be re-reading. I have listened to a number of these type of books and found this comprehensive in breadth, with enough explanation to explain concepts but not going excessively deep, that'll be the reader's choice to pursue if felt appropriate is my view. I respected and appreciated the bravery in sharing of some of his stories to illustrate examples together with the fictional examples used and suggested resources. I personally found the way this was audibly delivered easy to digest and relate to - it makes such a difference when the author narrates. Thank you Will Young for taking the time to share your experiences and knowledge to help others. Well worth reading.

Great advice offered

Will gave personal insights into how to strive to live a happier life in this book, many of which I found helpful. You can hear in the way he reads this book that he is so much calmer and happier in his life now.
It’s worth getting. I found it good value x
