About this listen
Bar and grille owner Cody Parker is the no-nonsense leader of a weekly gathering of the leather community - a powerful, respected man guaranteed to make all the bottom boys beg. He sees red at even the mere mention of Kennedy Marks.
Having escaped a terrifying childhood, Kennedy Marks is now a beloved Blueridge Junction police officer. Until recently, Kennedy has never questioned his role in intimate relationships. He knows Cody hates him, and the feeling is very much mutual.
Neither man can explain why they despise each other. But when an unexpected kernel of desire takes root in Kennedy’s mind, that ever-present animosity begins to waver. Can the two allow themselves to explore the reasons behind their hatred and cross that thin line between love and hate?
Bound to Fight is a male/male romance meant for ages 18 and up due to adult themes, language, and situations.

The end of a beautiful series.
There was so much unresolved sexual tension between Cody and Kennedy from the previous books that I just knew these two would be explosive once they finally gave in and did the deed!
Granted, it takes Jay scheming and locking them in a basement for a weekend until they got it over with (and with that Jay has solidified his place as my absolute favourite character in the series), but once they finally realize their hatred for each other may just have been the other side of love, they go full in and they happily explore their kink together.
Very low-angst, with a kinky sub/Dom dynamic that doesn’t get too strong or heavy, this book can be easily read even by someone who’s not too much into BDSM, I think, and it’s a pleasant ending for a beautiful series about friendship, community and found family!

Cody and Kennedy...
Enemies ro lovers... i just want to say that Jay did it again! Cody and Kennedy have been hating each other for a long time. What would that become under forced proximity? Well you gotta listen to these two spewing hatred until they are not. They both have big hearts and a kinky side and seem to be doms in the bedroom but you never know. Finally these characters get their story told. The narrator gives life to it in a very sexy way.

good enemies-to-lovers
The narrator was good (at 1.5x) but the audio was poor. I kept hearing static behind the talking.
I enjoyed it but would not re-listen. I haven't read the others in the series so it can be a standalone. May go back and start at the beginning.

Good story!
Story: An interesting take on close proximity and domination / submission. I liked how open the characters were to kink and how their initial combativeness was portrayed. A pleasant story for sure and a good addition to the series!
Narration: The voice and characters differentiation were really good. There is however a quality issue for me with the noises in the background. You can easily say where the recording was cut, as that is the only moment without the white noise that was getting annoying in some places.

Great book
I liked this book. A.D Ellis is a new author for me but I will read more books from this author. I liked the kink and the Dom/sub relationship.
The other characters in this book was a big part of what made this book so good.
I like Christopher as a narrator and he did a great job in this book.

as good as the ebook
The story is always full stars, because if I wouldn't like the story as ebook, I wouldn't listen to the audiobook. I can't listen to an audiobook without knowing the book, that's not possible for me.
The performance from the narrator is also very important for me. I can't listen to a lot, because my English as a non-native-speaker isn't so perfect to follow a whole story over hours, when the narrator speaks too fast or too sloppy. Normally I have to SEE the person, who is talking to me in English. It took me a little bit, to come into the narrator, but at the end, it worked. I only have to take a few breaks between. I'm just not yet finish with the book, I’m over the half, but I listen enough to give a review.
PLEASE READ MY RATING SYSTEM!!!
To my ratings:
5* - very very good
it's like an A+
4* - very good and will be often re-listening
it's like an A
3* - it's more then a one-time-listening.
it's like a B

Best one yet
I loved this one it was such a fantastic story. I didn’t actually sleep last night as this one kept me up listening all night it was that good.
Such a good narrator who did really well balancing all the different characters and staying true to the voices that he gave them in the last few books.
Excellent series I loved it

Cody & Kennedy
There’s a fine line between love and hate can Cody and Kennedy define where one ends and another starts. Well if Jay has anything to do with it they will he gets together with the rest of the BJ boys and locks Cody and Kennedy in the basement telling them they are there for the weekend to get things out of their systems.
