Summary

Bad Irish accent!
I really enjoyed the story line and at times I had years in my eyes.. however I found sometimes or most of the time the Irish accent awful, at times it sounded like a Yorkshire accent. Still enjoyed it!

Really enjoyable!

This is a very good novel. However, it would have been better if the characters of, and the relationships between, Alice, Ben and Dan had been explored in more depth during part one. I can't say too much on this without giving a spoiler, but I felt ill informed for what came in respect of their behaviours in part two and that jarred a bit. Nevertheless, it is a good, and unusual tale.

Good story but maybe a bit drawn out.
Good story but maybe a bit drawn out. Characters voices all good except for Holly who sounded as though she was no older than 4 throughout. Absolutely ghastly and it really spoiled my enjoyment.

A little disappointing
The story line showed great promise but sadly the writing was a little immature for my taste. Also, the narration was irritating, especially when the voice of 'Jules' was sometimes a 'real child and then at others, was obviously a woman putting on a childish voice - not good.
