Does exactly what it says on the tin.
Would you consider the audio edition of Deep Sleep Every Night to be better than the print version?
i have had this audio book for about 5-6 months and I listen to it almost every night and most importantly I still haven't heard the end of the either of the chapters.
Any additional comments?
If you have problems with falling asleep then this is highly recommended!

Does what it says on the tin
If you listen to this intermittently, it works. if you rely on it all the time, you just get accustomed to the narrative

Excellent Audio Book
Thoroughly recommended for people like me, who have trouble getting off to sleep and especially waking up during the night. The more times I have listened, the more relaxed I have become and drifted back off. This is the best sleep audio I have listened to so far.

Works a treat
After using for 3 nights I was falling asleep very quickly. Been using for just under a month and it has worked consistently. I no longer walk up still feeling tired. I was surprised as I wasn't keen on the guys voice initially however glad I persisted with it. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is struggling to get to sleep regularly.

For those "difficult nights"

I fall asleep and next one wakes me!
I am used to his voice from other audios of his, and I go to sleep with it. However this is shorter than his usual ones, so there are two at about 20 mins then one about 15.
However because the first one takes me into deep sleep and finishes quietly I wake up sharply when the introduction music starts for the next one and seems really loud.
So I give up with this one and will stick to his confidence building one s which send me to sleep and leave me there.

This works.
This was an experiment for me...having been able to control my dreams as a child the ability was lost to me as an adult. It took about a month of listening and doing the exercises every night for me to achieve lucidity and when it happened it was amazing. The talk into sleep is very effective and will assist people who are finding their minds are too busy last thing at night to nod off.
Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to acheive lucidity during sleep or just for people who are finding it difficult to actually fall asleep.

Ive never actually stayed awake.
I have listened to this a couple times and each time I fall asleep. It's clearly doing it's job, so for that reason, I give it 5 stars.
