I use this myself for healing my "inner child".

I have introduced this to my 11 year old who I believe is feeling some form of anxiety at the moment. The power of hypnotherapy is life changing. I swear by Glenn Harrold for help with anxiety etc.

it really works

I bought this for my daughter , she lacked confidence and I wanted to try boost it for her. I play it when she's sleeping and she has started involving herself in activities and events she would never think twice of doing beforehand. I'm so very grateful thank you.
