Summary

Jack, Mike and Trip were ripped from their loved ones and thrown into a dangerous world they know nothing about, relentlessly pursued by Night Runners, Zombies and terrifying new creatures known only as Whistlers.

Like their own worlds, civilization has collapsed and danger lurks around every corner. The trio can do nothing but march forward and attempt to find some answers - some way to escape from the nightmare. Seeking only to return to their families, they must navigate through the unknown.

Everything seems to be converging Atlantis. Will Jack, Mike and Trip find what they are looking for in the city? Or will they meet an end that none of them were prepared for?

Can't wait for the next

I'll read anything by Mark Tufo. He's the only reason I have Audible.

This book is another example of how good he is. A detonate mist have for Talbot and Trip fans.

Glitch

Good book, well at least the first 9 chapters. Unfortunately I can't down load the rest or delete book and start again, a great shame. And very frustrating will be asking for my money back,

first time i have been disappointed

What was most disappointing about Mark Tufo and John O'Brien ’s story?

Let me start by saying I have listened multiple times to all 9 books of the zombie fallout series and loved them all. I listen in the car on my commutes. However with this book, I kept tuning out mentally. I found that that there was lots of instances where huge amounts of detail / narrative were being given to set the scene. When I zoned out, I would then realise after 10 or so minutes that I had not been paying attention and then not care to revisit the bits I had missed. A real shame. Not as funny, not as engaging, nor entertaining as the fallout series. Doubt I will listen to this book again. Sean Runnette does a good job but the book itself lets down what he has to say.

Boring

So book two has zero progression. The most of this book takes place in an office block over the space of a couple of hours. 8 hours of book going into every littlest detail. Give this a miss and just try book 3
