About this listen
Some secrets are unforgivable, some betrayals cut too deep. And this time...this time I may lose them forever.
I spent 18 years as a victim. Eighteen years where I was broken, shattered, pried apart, and carelessly thrown back together. Now, the glue that keeps my fractured soul from rupturing needs to hold firm, or the four fierce lycans who swore to protect me will die to keep me safe....
The Assembly is no place for a human.
Especially not one standing trial. Surrounded by lycans who'd like nothing more than to see me dead, forced to participate in lethal games, and hunted by enemies shrouded in shadows, my world is unravelling. The only thing keeping me sane is the four possessive wolf shifters ready to sacrifice everything to ensure my survival.
But when faces from the past return, the fragile trust I've built with my wolves is shaken to its core, and all the terrible secrets I once did everything to keep are clawing their way to the surface.
Out of time, I'm forced to make a choice. A choice that might cost me everything.
Contains mature themes.

Assembly
I love book one and two but I’ve seen their has been no book 3 for a while and would love to know if one is coming out
The way it ended is leaving you wanting more and some have wanted for a long time from reading what others put and I can’t tell you I will be pre ordering as soon as it dose this book is good and the story narrator has got accents and the flow of the story brilliantly and eloquently in tune with each character I would say it’s a was for anybody to read or listen to. I would recommend this book but be warned it does leave you with a cliffhanger and a little frustrated at how it is ended but if you want to stay with the story and wait like I’m going to be for the New book open it’s not going to be long. I would say it is a book to lose yourself in for a day or so and enjoy.

Long but probably worth it
First of all, I think the narrators have upped their game with the accents, which makes it less distracting!
Second, like book 1, you need to be patient while relationships and trust deepen before things are finally revealed.
It’s worth the wait!
I can’t believe we won’t see how this ends for ages but I’m sure the author will deliver for us soon enough…

Enjoying but...
Over half way through book 2 and I'm really enjoying the story but I'm also incredibly frustrated. The mfc has a secret that she believes will end her happiness and put those she cares about in danger but from what's been revealed to the listener it seems patently obvious that not only wouldn't that happen, revealing that secret would save them all from the danger the existence of the human is causing. If she still hasn't revealed it by the end of this book I won't be bothering with book three.

Not as good as the first book!!
I don’t usually write reviews but feel I had to with this one. I have the first book and give it five stars but this one I can’t. The author’s favourite words were “I” and “what”. I found this book could have been cut in half if the internal monologue by the lead character was cut from the book as it repeated itself constantly. I found myself skipping chapters every time the lead character Hope started her monologue. The narrators were fantastic especially Aiden Snow.

Best Book In A Long Time
I listened to the first book in the Feral Souls Trilogy first. I loved that so I went on immediately to Assembly. I love it when I find such a good book and there are a good many hours ahead of satisfying listening\ reading. Having just finished Hunted but knowing I had another engrossing read ahead, while cuddled up indoors away from the rain, wind and cold outside, I've welcomed in 2022 with a happy reading glow.
In both books there is a slow build up of characters and relationships and the story moves along by moving between the different characters as they reveal themselves and their feelings. There are mysteries, such as who or what is Hope, and the back stories of the men that drive the story along. The lyken world and the rules that govern it also is gradually revealed. There is action in both books though I'd say more in Assembly where you get to see more of this alternate world in action. The four male characters are very different and I've really enjoyed their personalities and how they interact and and the sex scenes , well, they do it for me!
