I enjoyed listening to this book. However, it did take a dedicated regime of listening as it is lengthy.

Liked the praktical steps
I liked the practical steps and tools, examples are inspiring but most important for me is how to learn it. The meditations are also great!
Would be convenient to make a seperate chapter so you can slip easy to them in the audiobook.
Overall great book I am happy I bought it. Sonia’s voice is also very pleasant to listen to! Thank you :)

One of the best books I have ever listened to on connecting.
Extremely informative, beautifully written, and the suggested ways in which to connect are powerful to say the least. I will be forever changed by this book, and Sonia has been so generous in also including a number of extremely special guided meditations. I believe that my guides lead me to this book. Sonia is the real deal x x x

This book saved me in critical moments
