Very relatable and helpful

Very balanced with helpful tools to help you manage your anxiety. Easy to listen to very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend listening to this book .

Great book

Very helpful and practical. It was so good that I will listen to this book again probably also buy the paperback, since there are some parts you’d like to reread and use as reference. Also great narration. Wonderful book!

Excellent book that teaches a lot.

I have learnt a great deal from this book. I love the narration by the author as he does not preach at you but makes it sound very relatable. There are lots of explanations of anxiety and why it happens and solutions of coping with it. It is very long at 15hrs plus, but I will be listening all over again. There is a relaxation session at the end of the book. Thank you John for this wonderful book.

Life changing

i have struggled with anxiety for many years and have read various books which have helped to varying degrees. However, his one by far has made an immense difference .... i can not recommend enough!

Anxiety Relief by John Crawford

A helpful and comprehensive self help book for anyone struggling with anxiety and depression. I would recommend reading the whole book through and then referring back to relevant chapters on an ongoing basis. The relaxation recordings are very helpful, particularly at night for those who suffer from insomnia as part of their condition.

Great book!

Great book and very useful and lots of great advice which I’ll be using again and again.
My only criticism is that there were graphs and charts described in the audio book but there was no supplement pdf provided, minor issue though for such a worthwhile read/ listen.
