Summary
Annihilation: Love Conquers All offers humor and a tale of enduring love against the backdrop of galactic war on a grand scale.
Tag, an exceptional young human living in Central City on the planet Earth, tries to keep his powerful, one-of-a-kind skills undetected by leading an ordinary life and staying under the radar. But one day, on the way home from school, Tag's compassion leads him to make a decision that alters the course of his life - and history.
The Alliance of Worlds, which includes Earth as a ruled non-member, has decided that humans are to be annihilated as an example to anyone who discovers an ancient alien technology, even though there is no proof against them. The Alliance thinks fifty thousand warships can do the job. Unfortunately, the humans are not cooperating with their plan and one young human who has fallen in love will change everything...
In this epic story, author Saxon Andrew takes us into the future and the lives of human and nonhuman characters alike. Along with a hearty dose of battles and spaceships, this is a story that offers humor and a tale of enduring love against the backdrop of galactic war on a grand scale.

Great start...sadly....
What did you like best about Annihilation? What did you like least?
A good promising starts properly paced and with interesting characters. the first half of the book was very enjoyable and page turning.
Then wham it was as if the author suddenly realised he only had x no of words left and just rushed everything as if it was just an executive precise of the story. Also for me the conclusion they seemed to be drawing about the basic goodness of humanity and aliens and the overturning of in some cases millennium held beliefs and mores was just a step to far.
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
Great initial character development.
Very rushed 2nd half.
What does Liam Owen bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
I actual found this book because of another series narrated by Liam Owen (The Hank series) and enjoyed his delivery and timing. But the story tops this.
Could you see Annihilation being made into a movie or a TV series? Who would the stars be?
Possibly but would need more detail and padding.
Any additional comments?
I am not familiar with any of this authors other works but hope he does not "rush" his other works.

Fantastic story with quite an interesting way of telling the story through multiple voice actors and effects.
