Timely and Validating
This audiobook was a lifesaver. My 4-year-old has been going through intense emotional ups and downs, and this guide came at just the right moment. The strategies are practical and easy to implement, even during a meltdown.
The "Four-Feelings Formula" helped us address not just anger, but also excitement and anxiety in a way that my daughter could understand. We both enjoyed the calming music and nature sounds recommended in the "Soothing Soundscapes" section, which we now use during quiet time. The feelings flashcards were a hit too, making it fun for her to express what she's feeling.
Having the accompanying PDF was extremely helpful. I could quickly refer back to strategies and activities without having to scrub through the audio. This audiobook was not only validating but also empowering. It gave me the tools I needed to help my daughter manage her emotions better. Highly recommended for any parent dealing with toddler tantrums!
