Since 2013, after growing and successfully exiting two technology businesses, Matt has focused on mentoring business leaders to accelerate their growth opportunities as well as operating his own successful business ventures in the UK and South Africa.

Not just a fabulous leadership book but a fabulous listening journey too!!
The combination of the author’s extraordinary adventures with his starting & running companies is absolutely genius and grips you from the first to the last page.

Insightful
I really enjoyed this book, read by the author himself. The details of the rowing trip were fascinating. What a journey! I like how Matt summarises the key leadership skills at the end of each chapter.

Fantastic listen with great insights
Really enjoyed the mix of commercial experiences, adventure and challenges with leadership wisdoms from each aspect thrown in along the way. The author holds nothing back from emotional state to hard truths, a fantastic listen.

Real and relatable, must read!
A great read with the perfect blend of commercial experiences and motivational physical conquest. Resulting in a book that stirs both the mind and soul. Brilliant book, fully recommended.
