Summary
A young girl and her father set out to find the king hoping he may heal her mother. As they travel, the sojourners experience hardships ranging from hunger, fatigue, and severe cold to doubt, discouragement, and despair. Yet, time after time, they are lifted up, fed, sheltered, and encouraged.
