Be yourself. We've heard this phrase so many times that it almost lost all the sense. So many options, like courses, lectures, and therapy, are teaching how to lead a more fabulous life.

Have you been working on yourself for years without a change?

How are you satisfied with your life?

Do you know who you are and what you want?

Are you sure of your choices?

How do you know which aspects of you are truly you, and what has been conditioned into you?

This self-help communication book can help you find and accept yourself. So much is coming from self-love that it is vital to mend this gap. Strikingly honest and personal, this thorough guide offers amazing self-transformation techniques.

The author shares her experience of shedding years of conditioning and becoming a happier and more fulfilled individual. This inspiring book will help you do the same. We all have baggage in the form of traumas, conditioning, and suppressed negative emotions that keep us stuck in the past. It sabotages the opportunity of happiness and prevents us from enjoying the present moment. Why don't we get out? Because we are afraid of pain. Change can be painful, and we chose to stay.

Don't make any more excuses. Become the owner of one of the best transformation books and start a new chapter of your life. Step out of your misery as life is too short for it.

Buy this excellent self-help guide, and get happier and more connected.

Brutal Truth... If you can handle it.

This book made me laugh, smile but also hurt me when reflecting on some of the mistakes I have made and some of the incorrect beliefs I held which were so plainly (painfully) laid out. "I'm a high functioning mess" but now at least I know I need to change that and actually do the work.
Thank you for sharing your journey. Particularly the parts about your mother and your daughter being "born free... Doing what she wants when she wants".... This one stuck with me... And its something I will fight to protect for my own daughter in future.

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
