Beautifully written and compelling story, I couldn’t stop listening!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, as this was my first Fiona Lucas title. After this, I am an instant fan, and can’t wait to read another!
I feel like “chick lit” books often fall victim to overused tropes and mediocre writing, but I was immediately struck by how well this writer can pull her readers into each scene with her visuals. The characters are so finely drawn, and the story so well-crafted, I really found myself experiencing all the same push and pull that the main character does. I fell headfirst into this story, and couldn’t stop listening until it was done! Highly recommend!
