A Well-Written Emphatic Stance on Masculinity
While I don't agree with every idea in this audiobook, it was beyond interesting to listen to. The author has very strong ideas about how society, government, and feminism have affected masculinity in today's society and the consequences of those effects. On first listening to the audiobook, I felt defensive. However, the actions suggested by the author didn't seem out of line after listening to the case studies and personal experiences shared with the listener.
The author uses examples from sports and military life to reinforce his ideas of what a man should be, the characteristics that comprise a strong man, and how the lack of those characteristics results in a weak man. I do agree with his premise that men should be the protectors of their families, including their wives. But there are other opinions of the author that will irritate most women, especially those in their 20s and 30s.
I like the repeating format of the book and the shooting-straight-from-the-hip style and tone. It's definitely a book that makes you think

Step Into Your Power
This book is an unapologetic, direct call to step into your power as a man. The explanation about the father role hit home and made me think about mine. Even though his father was absent, he chose to be the strong, respected protector of our family. And he absolutely lived by a code. More men need to take responsibility for their actions and own their mistakes. It's not a sign of weakness; it's how you grow and succeed. The art of failing forward is an empowering code to live by.

Teaching my son to unleash his alpha
I am totally lost when it comes to male things, but I do know where to go to find the information. This author is amazing at improving the self-confidence of my son, so I know he can do the same for yours. This is not his first book we got, and my son looks forward to each one. In this book, the lessons on improving confidence and resilience to negativity are so good. I have learned so much about myself as well. To see my once timid and reserved kid open up and be more confident has been so great. If your thinking about this one, grab it.

Great Help for Confidence and Control
I picked up this audiobook because I felt like I’d lost my edge in both my personal and professional life. Let me just say, it does deliver everything that the description promises! A apprecieatd how straightforward and actionable the advice is. It challenges you to really look at where you’re holding yourself back and gives you practical ways to rebuild your confidence and discipline.
The section on taking responsibility was especially helpful and I realized I’d been blaming external factors instead of stepping up myself. Since applying these principles, I feel more in control and less reactive. This isn’t fluff or feel-good talk, but rather, it’s about real internal growth. If you’re ready to step up and take charge of your life, this is a helpful book.

Take Back Your Power
"Alpha Unleashed" is what any male needs to listen to in order to regain their power and take back their masculinity. The author is straight forward and doesn't sugarcoat the cold hard facts. Espcecially about the demasculinization in our schools and society, and the effects not having a father figure is having on our sons.
