Don't waste your money.

This guide is an extremely basic overview of stuff you can easily find in a very basic psychology blog.

The stories in the chapters don't align with the chapter headers.

Worst of all is the narration.
The guy narrating it, sounds like 70's TV commercial and id not congruent with what he speaks.

In a book about teaching men to be cool or alpha its best to be told by someone who is cool and alpha.
