Simple starter for those manning up.
Would you listen to Alpha Male again? Why?
It's a very concise version of the fundamentals of confidence and progressive achievement. Long enough to get you in the mood for that challenging meeting or driven workout and short enough to listen to fully on the way there.
What other book might you compare Alpha Male to, and why?
The King Within, The Rational Male.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Not as such but only because I'm very familiar with the topic by now. That said, if I'd heard this when I first discovered my interest in it this would have made a fine kick-starter.
