About this listen

Lumerian Knight Falden Corshival is an ancient. Leader of what remains of his people, he and his elite warriors have avoided capture for more than 2,000 years. He believed they were safe on Earth. He was wrong.

When a nosy investigative reporter sets up a blind date with an alien group dealing in the intergalactic black market, Falden knows he must do whatever it takes to find out who she is and what she knows, including pretending to be her unknown contact. Unfortunately, Falden has spent a millennia out of the dating scene. Worse, he has no understanding of human courting rituals.

Isabella Serrano is in danger. Her friend has disappeared, her contacts on the street are scared, and her only chance to infiltrate the alien black market is to accept a “blind” meeting with one of the smugglers.

When her blind date turns out to be a drop-dead gorgeous alien with a bad attitude, something just doesn’t add up. She can’t decide if she’d rather kiss the dominant alpha or stab him in the eye with her four-inch heel.

When a surprise attack forces them to escape together, she will have to trust him with her life. They soon give in to white-hot passion, yet both have secrets that could tear them apart. Will their growing love be enough to overcome the dangers that lie ahead?

Less Than An Hour In...

And this book has already earned 5 stars in all categories from me!
Teddy Hamilton is an Eargasm God so he had already earnt his full stars after his first word!
The opening of this book is hilarious! I hope I get abducted by a U.F.O just to experience a first date with an alien (a hot one, obviously!), I have never laughed so much!
Becca Brayden is clearly a very talented writer with a great imagination. This book has everything that I'm all about, humour, lusty sex and fierce women! I'm going to devour every other book that Becca has written after I finish this!

The more stubborn they are

the harder they fall.
Another brilliant performance by Teddy Hamilton.
Another fantastic story by Becca Brayden.
Lumerian knights are by far my favourite alien and alpha men who are loyal and go after what they want are panty meltingly gorgeous.
Can't wait to see where this series will take us!

Looooved it

A true alpha male, who is dominant and possesive, yet respectful and asks for permission. I'm in love! The heroine is funny and really cool, too! I'm headed straight fir the other books in the series!

Overall a good romantic book of the series

Overall a good romantic book of the series. There was a bit of unnecessary thinking thought conversation for each character rather than exchanging actual conversation.

Sci-fi ? Oops !

Hamilton is always brilliant even trying to save this thing !
If you want fiction - well it’s a story - it try’s for Science but every time the storyline just collapses !
If you’re looking for a porn whatever - with a twist of BDSM you could be a bit amused by this book ?

she is soooo dumb

another story with a dumb a** female- this one worse than the others!!. There was potential for a decent story but instead we spend most of the time hearing their inner dialogue about wanting to do each other. When she is told that she did something that nearly killed other humans- what does she do or say? nothing at all!! just unbelievable and ridiculous.

Another good one

50% steam, 50% fairly intriguing action. Quite imaginative, like the first two. Will probably continue the series

Not out of this world

Having been a fan of The Krinars and the Cyborg books by Laurann Dohner (and of Robert Heinlein), I wasn't expecting a run of the mill sex-fest chic-lit novella romance just transposed into an so called "sci-fi" plot. It had funny moments, but it lacked well written likeable MCs, lacked in depth research, menace, premise and alien-ness I expect from a sci-fi novel. Despite the excellent narration, I couldn't get past the 2nd hour. Some might enjoy this, I did not. DISAPPOINTING

isabella should have been dead the first chapter.

I found the heron in this book the most annoying arrogant arse... for someone who is ment to be a journalist she dose more talking then listening. and the inner mind monologue are boring same thing every time. and then go on to long. I didn't listen to the rest of this book with o ly 2 hours left I found I had enough of listening to this stuiped woman.
