Great audiobook

The author did a good job in putting this audiobook together. The affirmation were uplifting and can definitely help anyone who has been struggling with anger management. Listened to this twice and already seeing results in my overall mood and wellbeing!

A smooth experience.

I have been struggling with managing my anger for years, and have tried different techniques and methods, but nothing seemed to really work. However, after using affirmations for anger management for a few weeks, I can honestly say that I have noticed a significant improvement in my overall mood and ability to control my emotions.
