Great Book to Build Yourself Up

This book is excellent if you need help with your esteem due to your ADHD. As someone who has struggled with it through the years, this book is a great listen if you know you have a lot on your plate. It is short, concise, and allows you to recite positive statements to yourself so you can find yourself and center yourself on what needs to be done. A great book that is simple and to the point. I highly recommend it.

A valuable therapeutic resource!!

The author has demonstrated some wonderful affirmations to help people suffering with ADHD embrace themselves and nourish their perceptual manifestations.

Highly recommended for people struggling to command their attention span and impulsiveness. The books will provide you with the realization that ADHD is controllable through your own cognitive abilities and persistence is the key.
