Easy to follow and no equipment

I was wanting to improve my muscle tone and endurance but didn't want to buy a bunch of expensive equipment. I found this audio guide on wall plaques, and don't let the lack of weights fool you; this is challenging, but not more than I can handle. The author did a great job explaining how to make the exercises easier until I was ready to move up. I am feeling much better and still didn't spend a dime on equipment I may never use again.

Great Recovery and Wellness Routine

Even though I’m not a senior, I’ve had my share of injuries, and finding a low-impact yet effective workout has been a challenge. This Pilates method works great for me. It’s gentle enough to avoid aggravating my injuries, but it still strengthens my core and improves my balance. If you’re looking for something easy on the joints but still get results, this is it!
