The book is packed with very good information about how to handle your ADHD at work. It was a bit difficult to understand sometimes, but maybe that depends on English not being my first language, so I had to go back more than once to clearly understand what the reader was saying.
There's no story, of course, but I rated 5 just beacseu I believe that this book is quite useful.
If English is not your first language maybe you want to buy the physical book.

Extremely useful!
