Great book with lots of home strategies!
This is a great book, beautifully narrated and written by someone who has lived this experience. I had no idea there were so many great ways to keep things organised especially at home, and this book provides lots of clever strategies to avoid the mass of clutter from rooms to laundry and even includes how we feel about it and how to set goals.
With a focus on ADHD in adults, including those with a later diagnosis, it is absolutely packed with tips and guidance on organising your day and there are so many good pointers and tips including how and when we use things and how we think about our stuff.
Its a great book, and I will use some of these strategies!

Great book!
As someone who's always surrounded by piles of clutter and mess, this audiobook was a total game-changer for my disorganized self. Instead of just spitting out the usual cleaning tips that never work, the author really breaks down why those of us with ADHD brains struggle to stay tidy in the first place. But it's not all harsh realness - they hook you up with a stash of clever, outside-the-box tricks made specifically for making organization finally click. We're talking easy habits and routines that low-key trick your brain into actually wanting to get your sh*t together and keep it that way. The best part is how they keep it super real but also make the whole process feel fun instead of a dreaded chore. By the end, you'll be pumped to finally destroy that clutter and create chill, functional spaces that don't make you want to panic.
