This book! These characters. The narrator. I was spellbound. Hands down my favourite book of the year and my new favourite Josie Silver book! Honestly, I'm in some sort of post book trance, all floaty and stunned. A massive 5 🌟🤩⭐️🌠💫

The story is cosy and comfortable, I found the lead character frustrating but without this there would have been no story and the story was worth the frustrations... no big surprises, an easy listen...
