I thoroughly enjoyed A Whole New Plan For Living. Jim sets out realistic and tangible ways that can be used right away for a better approach to life.
I chose to listen to this book as I felt I was receiving a personal session with a very compassionate expert who has brilliantly factored in the most recent challenges of life in 2021.

wonderful comfort and common sense
Great calming advice from a psychiatrist with years of experience who has seen it all. lovely reassuring voice to listen to as well. lots of common sense things to tell but of course common sense isn't so common to find.

Excellent
