Entertaining
I absolutely love this series! Nix is back and there is hell to pay! She’s still hard as nails and fiercely protective of her loved ones. She’s gathered some unusual help, but can she truly trust any of them? Looking forward to book 5!!

Well worth the wait.
I received this book free for an honest review.
This book was everything and more than I expected Shannon has really excelled herself this time.
Nix and other abnormal started vanishing and she finds herself in an unknown facility where there tell her she’s not who she thinks she is . However the Nix we know and love isn’t that easy to break especially when her Son is out there without her so nothing and no one will stop her getting to him.
The book ends on a cliffhanger but at least we know we have more Nix to come and I can’t wait to see what Shannon has in store for us in that book 🙂

Nix !!!
Another exceptional book in this series and it books you and won't let go. Nix is in a facility where strong abnormals are being kept prisoner their minds being kept in check by handlers reaching deep inside their brains she was captured after giving birth and was there for a year finally escaping and taking some and a dog with her she has to discover why they are being taken and why some are being killed. The enemy are fallen angels that are slowly exterminating their children and preparing to use the strong ones but for what? Can't wait for the next one.

Edge of your seat
Every time I think I know what’s going to happen there’s a twist. This book just keeps you guessing and it’s a fantastic ride.

Savage!
Oh Shannon you’ve definitely put a spell on me! What a teaser for the future of Nix and her family. As usual this story did not disappoint with the action and quick pace, and I DO MEAN quick pace! That was not very nice Shannon Mayer! But ohh so worth it!

Brilliant!
I was so intent on finding out what happened next, I almost forgot to review! This book is just brilliant; there’s so much happening in it that sometimes I had to stop & take a breath. Khristine’s performance is fantastic - she was absolutely the right choice for Nix.

Non Stop Action and Adventure
This book was not what I expected as we catch up with Nix a year later after leaving her in book 3. And wow! Ms Mayer certainly knows how to mix things up, put doubts in your mind and then twist things a little more! And Diego - what can I say? The narration of Khristine Hvam is wonderful. Entertaining, emotional and intense, Ms Mayer never fails to please!
