to forgive the characters their hesitations you need to appreciate their road to getting there. yes they may frustrate you at times, but they are human. and with a little help..

really great story line of a woman who is going to a lesbian bar for the first time and falls for the bartender, really great characters all the way through and really great narration with a happy ending as well Thanks 👍👍

I couldn't stop listening to this one! I've never read or listened to a book by Kellen McKnight and I'm so glad I found this one. I loved the story although most twists and turns you could work out before they were revealed. It is really well written, most lesbian romances have those wishy washy monologue sections and or ridiculous reasons for not being together. This story was more realistic which I preferred. The narration was really good too, I didn't become irritated by a particular characters voice and you could clearly understand the difference when characters spoke. My only disappointment is that there aren't more books available by this author on audible! Off to find some good old traditional paper books by the author now!
