Excellent

I loved this book. It was a little frustrating having a British narrator for Americanisms and knowing the setting is American, but aside from that it was very good. I was immersed quickly and enjoyed it on my way to and from work. This book enraged me, made me heartbroken and relieved all at the same time, it was a real rollercoaster of emotions but I was hooked.

Suspense.

Author Weston Kincade with her great imagination and beautiful writing managed to get me to like a genre which was never on my mind.
Really enjoyed the book, maybe to much because now i can’t wait to review the next one of this series, she really ended it at the perfect place leaving me hating, loving but for sure in suspense.
Coupled with narrate lan Gordon a perfect audiobook was created.

Full heartedly recommended !!!

I believe that my review was honest even so that I got the audiobook for free.

Raw emtions with a paranormal twist

The book is not what I expected. It is more darker then I thought it would be. It is based on abuse and how the teen deals with it and the people around him but it does have a paranormal twist to it. I found it hard to listen to at times due to the abuse but this made it more raw and real. I usually don't read these sort of books due to the subject matter. When I read something I want to get away from suitation like these (not that I have been abused or anything like that).
My only negative is that I found it too descriptive and overly dramatic at times, but other then this it is a really good story and I would actually recommend it.
I also loved the narrator. I have not listened to any of his work but I felt he bought out the raw emtions of the book. I wouldn't mind listening to his other works.
