always kept me guessing
loved every book from 1-5 never knowing what the end would be. Each book told a story and the last book incorporated them all. Excellent writing. Wished there had been 10 books in the series. Well thought out.

Not your run of the mill romance series.
I absolutely enjoyed every moment of this series. The overall story was complex, the characters were very interesting and well developed and their individual stories and how they intertwined was really captivating! 5 start performances by the narrators too.

Enjoyed the storylines but found the narration so bad!
I kept loosing my place and where I was with the characters. Every character had the same voice. All the women sounded the same and the same with the male characters. It’s undoubtedly the worse narration I’ve ever heard. This narrator really needs to stick to American accents. I read all 5 books at the same time it’s a free book and I’m glad I didn’t spend money on it.
The story was enjoyable and I liked the way most of it was explained in the end book number 5. Except book 4 now feels unfinished as the storyline didn’t seem connected to the other 4 books.
I’d recommend the box set as its free and you’ve nothing to loose other then 50hrs of your life!!

A great set of interconnected stories
Loved the stories, the last one was a nice surprise. the female narrator let it down with her poor Scottish accent and pronunciation of Scottish words. I had to make a conscious effort to ignore these issues to enjoy the stories. Given a narrator with a better grasp of Scotland and the accent this would have been 5 stars.

Dear me the pronunciation
Liked the premise but the sex scenes were tedious. I am no prude but l just cringed at the tedious process.

wonderful twists and turns
just didn't like the steady increase in bedroom scene stuff as we worked through the books , final book was difficult to understand with all the bedroom stuff , ( I fast forward those bits)

mild porn
Each book virtually the same story and same detailed descriptions of supposedly wild sex.The only consolation is that it was free.

stopped at the first book
note: listened only to the first book, nearly to the end.
that was not only tedious and boring, the doctor was the stupidest doctor I've ever heard of.
but what did me in was the lack of morality towards the end (never bothered with the actual ending) -***SPOILER alert (in case you didn't catch on in the very beginning) ***
disregarding the predictable "plot twist", I simply couldn't stand a moment longer of them reasoning away dory's actions. imagine years of witnessing the pain you caused to a person while you merrily live your own happiness with no less but his brother!
Why the hell were they okey with it?! and the brother wooping at the technicality that legally, but not morally! absolve her of guilt, knowing she could have said something to his brother so he could at least move on!
she was, and is, selfish to the end and she is enabled, of course!
That made me throw up a little in my mouth.
