I loved the Tobacco Girls

The characters were brought to life and I grew fond of the 3 friends, such a lovely read and Anne Dover is just right to narrate this series. Sad it’s finished and hope their adventures will continue in more books?

Absolutely loved these books

And I will admit to shedding a tear. Having binged all six in a week, I feel quite bereft. Beautiful narration. A story that tells of how it was for those amazing people who went through and survived. Highly recommend

A good series, this is the weakest of the set

I really enjoyed this series but this final book felt a little light on new content with a bit too much remembering past events from previous books.

The 3 M’s

A most wonderful story spanning from 1939 to 1946 spread over six books. Beautifully written with great empathy and thoroughly enjoyable….
