Mindset mastery is key

This audiobook is an excellent guide to achieving more positive thinking and making it a habit.
I struggle sometimes with mood swings and sharp mindset changes, and it can influence your actions which is especially annoying when you in the middle of working on achieving your life or work goals.
This guide is great, every mindset-improving step is clearly explained and easy to follow. I especially like the chapters on self-esteem, overall concept of self, and also the positive relationships.
Overall a great listen!

Exactly what I needed

This is great for anybody who wants to learn or reinforce positive tools for a better mindset. I've often found that I learn tool and systems but forget to use them when needed. This audio has made it very simple to implement as recurring practices so I'm please with this purchase :)

Awesome!

This book was Awesome! The author informs you why implementing mental self-positivity is good and really makes you want to try them out. I have already put some of them to use, and I can tell a change in my demeanor. I struggle with low self-esteem and confidence and usually let others dictate it. This is due to many years of compliments and, therefore, reliance on their opinions. After this audiobook, I've taken some of that power back and feel like a new person. If you struggled like I used to, definitely give this book a try!

Change your mindset

The world is full of doom and gloom at the moment so this book is an excellent listen to help change that mindset to positivity your self-esteem. Self-esteem is very important. We should surround ourselves with positive people as its your life and mindset will change. The eight powerful mindset guides will help you achieve this
