Fantastic Book

As a person that is constantly looking to be more balanced and self improve, this book was written in a way that made me want keep listening . There are times in life because of changes or other factors that cause momentarily feeling of anxiety. I really appreciated the practical points on positive self affirmations. I have heard many ways, and ideas on how to do this. But I appreciated the explanation as to why it’s important. I also truly benefited from the chapter that talked about rumination and how that can cause anxiety. There is so much more about this book that I enjoyed. Thanks to the author for this jewel.

Great Techniques!

Anxiety is usually caused by a mix of emotions blended together. Mindful mediation often helps to calm those emotions and reduce anxiety, This book is calming, relaxing, and tension releasing. It is a wonderful addition to your everyday mediation toolkit or quiet time. Like the author explains, anxiety and depression are on the rise and it's the highest it has ever been. Using coping mechanisms like the techniques from this book will help you understand your anxiety and assist in overcoming it, if you use the techniques consistently.

Graet book

Anxiety isn't a taboo anymore, and we have learning about it definitely opens your eyes to everything it can affect. The author did an excellent job explaining the different types of anxiety but most importantly, the steps and ways to help cope with it. Very resourceful, this audiobook is well-narrated and easy to understand. I highly recommend this book if you or someone close to you deal with anxiety.
