Very helpful if you struggle with stress
I've read a number of books on the topic of the Vagus nerve, but I've never seen someone lay it out in a way that is so easy to follow and get results with. I think the idea of a 28 day plan was really helpful for me, and I appreciated how the author walks you through all of the recommended exercises in such a way that is easy to follow and implement. The discussion of what the Vagus nerve is and the effect it can have on the body if you develop issues with it was really interesting and made sense of the recommendations. If you struggle with stress and the effects it has on your body, I think you'll find this audiobook to be very interesting and useful.
