Yoga 2 Hear
About this listen
As the name suggests, 2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss can be used in two ways. Firstly, as a full 50 minute class that begins with a number of highly effective held postures. The pace of the class then gradually builds untill the postures form a flowing sequence known as a vinyasa, the class then concludes with a guided relaxation. Secondly, just the flowing sequence and guided relaxation can be used to form shorter 30 minute class. The class instructions are mixed with a gentle background music track that sets a mood perfect for the class. A printable PDF guide book which highlights the easy to folllow instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each posture accompanies the class.
Yoga2hear classes are practical and effective; thay give you the freedom to enjoy high quality yoga instruction whenever and wherever you choose. A good core yoga workout
I don't enjoy group yoga classes, but I want to be guided through a workout, so I tried this and really like it. The class runs through a routine quite slowly twice (focusing on the left side and then the right side), and then runs through the same routine again more quickly. I quite often just do the slow versions and then skip straight to shavassanah, and I still feel like I've done a good yoga workout. It's not for total beginners, as you need to have been guided through the moves by a teacher at some point, but if you have some experience of doing yoga so that you know how each move should look, then you will enjoy this.
