Summary
Penguin presents the audio edition of How to Fight by Thich Nhat Hanh, read by John Sackville.
Thich Nhat Hanh is the subject of the major documentary Walk With Me narrated by Benedict Cumberbatch
Learn how to bring love and compassion into an angry situation.
Many of us don't know how to handle strong emotions and our distorted perceptions can make us feel angry or filled with despair. Here, 'the father of mindfulness' teaches us to look deeply at the root of our anger. To see clearly, we must calm down. He shows us how, when insight is born, we will be free.
How To Fight is a pocket-sized guide to life by one of the best known Zen masters in the world, who was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.
Critic reviews

92 minutes of heaven!
"How to Fight" is a book of so much wisdom and truth. I was almost spellbound as I listened. I usually listen to audiobooks as I do other things, but not with this book. With this book, I made time to sit down, drink tea and just listen and enjoy every word. John Sackville's voice is like honey, and his narration makes the book even more special. 92 minutes of heaven!

Insightful!
I started my Buddhism journey a while ago now, but I still struggle with anger and other stuff.
Why I’ve only just listened to this book is beyond me, it’s been so so helpful and I actually said sorry to someone today 😂
Highly recommend if you want to learn how to calm yourself in those stressful situations. A* all round!
