An uplifting listen

The process of separating or breaking up is never easy.

To succeed in this game, you have to build yourself and harness your resources.

Affirmations to get you on the road to recovery

Going through a separation is an awful experience and no affirmation is going to get away from that. However anything that speeds up the process to feeling like a functional human being again is worth a look. Powerful stuff!

This is exactly what I needed! Going through a divorce is not easy so being and feeling positive is key to overcoming some of the worrying thoughts that are constantly on your mind. I highly recommend this book as well as doing your own daily affirmations for a more positive outlook on things.

Great affirmations!

This book has some really good reminders/affirmations to keep in check your negative thoughts, self worth and confidence after a relationship ends.
You have to allow yourself to feel positive about yourself and your future and stop taking the blame for other people's mistakes..
which is what I have done for many years but no more!!!

Really good book if you are looking to feel more positive about yourself.

This is exactly what I needed

I wish I had found these affirmations sooner. I've been suffering from depression from my recent separation and this has helped me tremendously. I've been able to change my way of thinking and prevent the negative thoughts from creeping in. Listening to the affirmations daily gives me constant reminders that I'm going to be okay.

Creating a more positive mindset

Separation can be a difficult situation to deal with. Figuring out your emotions and trying to restore balance and rediscovering yourself is not an easy journey. This affirmation will help you regain your sense of confidence and self-esteem through words of affirmation. I find repeating positive words help shift my mindset and help me think better. I think this book will be a good resource for people who are dealing with separation.
