Great book to maintain our health as we age!
Maintaining our physical health as we age allows us to get the most out of this last phase in life. Our nervous systems (brains) ability to talk to our muscles (body) is a key factor in healthy aging and preventing falls. This book has an insightful PDF download. It does a great job explaining both the "why" and "how" to implement the exercises into your daily routine to keep your body at it's best. Highly recommend!

Super Fun and Effective!
